Terms and Conditions

Please read this carefully. When you book your holiday with us you are entering into a contract that binds you and us in various ways.

The period of hire for accommodation is from 4.00pm on the day of arrival to 9.30am on the day of departure.
The numbers in your party must be stated at the time of booking and must not exceed the number of berths in the accommodation.
Only persons and pets declared on the booking form will be accommodated.
Smoking is not permitted in any building or accommodation.
Pets must be kept on a lead when on the park and any dog waste must be cleared up. Pets are not permitted in pet free accommodation or on soft furnishings. If you leave them alone in our accommodation or if we find them unattended they will be put into the care of the Local Authority dog warden and your hire will be terminated, so please take your pet with you when you go for your day out. Alternatively there are kennels nearby who may be able to take care of your dog if you plan a day trip and are unable to take your dog.
All prices are in £ Sterling and include VAT at the applicable rate but these may be varied at any time in the event of a change of rate of VAT or introduction of any other tax or levy. We reserve the right to pass onto you any bank charges and other costs we incur if payment is made in a foreign currency or if we have to represent a cheque.
The deposit is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before the arrival date. The Accommodation Ticket will be issued to you when the full amount has been paid and you must produce it upon your arrival. If the balance has not been received by the date due your booking may be cancelled and the accommodation offered for hire without notice.
All group or single sex parties must supply valid credit/debit card details at the time of balance payment as security against any undue uncleanliness or damage that may be caused.
Although we try to comply with specific requests, we are not obliged to provide any particular chalet or caravan.
We regret that alterations to your holiday dates cannot be made within 14 days of arrival.
If you cancel, the deposit will not be refunded.If the cancellation is made before the balance is due we will relieve you of all responsibility to pay the balance and will refund you the balance should this have been paid. If the cancellation is made subsequent to a change of holiday date any refund will be made in accordance with the earlier balance-due date. We strongly recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
No illegal substances or offensive weapons may be brought onto the park.
We reserve the right to cancel the hire at any time and refund the hire charge in whole or in part and to refuse to hire without stating a reason.
We reserve the right to enter the accommodation if special circumstances or emergencies arise and to inspect the accommodation prior to departure.
In order to preserve the peaceful nature of our park all noise should be kept to a minimum between 11pm and 8am. Guests who do not abide by this will be asked to leave immediately.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person at any time without stating a reason. In the event of deliberate damage or unreasonable behaviour, your stay may be terminated without refund and damage must be paid for.
Any damage, accident or injury should be reported to us immediately. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicle or your possessions. You should be insured for your property and any unforeseen eventuality. By occupying our accommodation, you accept responsibility for it and its equipment throughout the period of hire. Any damage or shortages or undue uncleanliness found subsequently will be charged to you and deducted from your credit/debit card.
We cannot accept any liability for any complaint if you fail to notify us during your holiday.
The decision of park management is final and binding in all matters at all times.
Payment of any kind constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
These few rules are intended as a guide to ensure all our guests enjoy their holiday on Linnhe and will wish to return again to savour our unique atmosphere of peace and tranquillity in beautiful well-tended surroundings.
