How To Book

Please read our terms and conditions below. All occupants and pets must be declared.

You can check availability here with no obligation to buy up to the point where card details are requested.

If the dates you would like do not show as available please call us or email as we are often able to offer more options than the computer.

BOOKING BY TELEPHONE: If you prefer to speak to one of our team or have a specific request not available to book online, call us on +44 (0)1397 772376 and we will be happy to help. Confirmation will reach you within the day if you have email or within a week by post. We can make a provisional booking for you at no cost and hold this for a limited period if you need to consult with other members of your party.

PAYMENT:  If a firm booking is made within six weeks of arrival it must be paid in full.

CARD PAYMENTS: Credit card payments are subject to a 2% charge per transaction. There is no charge for debit.

BOOKING FROM ABROAD: Only credit card payments are accepted. E-mail confirmation only.

DEPOSITS:
Payable at the time of booking and non-refundable.
Alpine Chalets………………………..£175 per week or part week.
Holiday-homes…………………………£100 per week or part week.
Touring & Camping pitches……………£40 per week or part week.
If any booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival it must be accompanied with the total hire charge and is non refundable.

 

Terms and Conditions

BALANCE OF HIRE: Balance for both accomodation and touring/ camping pitches is due 6 weeks before arrival. Cheques must bear the booking reservation number on the back. In the event of early departure, payment is not refundable.

RESERVATION NUMBER: Please bring your booking reservation number and or your accomodation ticket as this helps to speed up check in and ensures we know who you are.

PETS: Pets must be kept on a lead when on the park and any dog waste must be cleared up. Pets are not permitted in pet free accommodation or on the soft furnishings. If you leave them alone in our accommodation, or if we find them unattended, they will be put into the care of the Local Authority dog warden and your hire will be terminated.

ALTERATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS: Should you have to change your holiday dates a £10 administration charge will be payable. We regret that changes cannot be made within 14 days of your arrival. If you cancel, the deposit will not be refunded. If the cancellation is made before the balance is due we will relieve you of all responsibility to pay the balance or will refund this should it have been paid. If the cancellation is made subsequent to a change in holiday date any refund will be made in accordance with the earlier balance-due date.

HOLIDAY INSURANCE: Your holiday booking is a legally binding contract. If you cannot come on holiday you will still be liable to pay the balance for any accommodation if the cancellation is made within six weeks of your arrival. We strongly recommend the purchase of holiday cancellation insurance.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES: Please present your accommodation ticket or reservation number upon arrival. For accommodation bookings you are requested to arrive any time after 4pm and vacate by 9.30am on the departure date. Touring and camping pitches reserved in advance will be ready for you at 12 noon. Your pitch should be vacated by 11am.

LATE ARRIVALS OR DIFFICULTIES AFTER HOURS: If you arrive after our desk is closed please check the Late Arrival Board next to our desk (reception is open 24 hours). Here you will find an envelope with your name on it. This will have directions to your accomodation and keys or a map with your pitch marked. If you have booked a tent pitch you will find a plastic tag with your car reg on it which should go on a guy rope. This tells us who you are and that you have paid for your pitch.

IN EMERGENCY: In event of emergency after hours, directions or contact phone number for the wardens on call will be marked on the late arrival board and they will look after you.
