Alterations or Cancellation
Should you have to change your holiday dates, a £10 administration charge will be payable. We regret that changes cannot be made within 14 days of arrival.
If you cancel your booking before the balance is due we will relieve you of all responsibility to pay the balance and will refund you the balance should this have been paid. If the cancellation is made subsequent to a change of holiday date, any refund will be made in accordance with the earlier balance-due date. We regret that the deposit is not refundable.
Holiday Insurance for accommodation bookings
Your holiday booking is a legally binding contract. If you fall ill, have
an accident or for any reason cannot come on holiday, you will still be
liable to pay the balance if the cancellation is made within six weeks of
your arrival.
We strongly recommend the purchase of personal holiday insurance.
For all accommodation bookings an independant insurer's application
form will be enclosed with your booking confirmation and invoice. They may
