How to book your holiday
Please read our terms from the link above. All occupants and pets
must be declared.
BOOKING BY TELEPHONE: Give us a ring on 01397772376
and one of our team will go through the booking with you. We accept payments
by Maestro, Visa or Mastercard. Alternatively, up to 4 weeks before arrival,
we can hold reservations for 1 week to enable a cheque to reach us. Please
complete and return the booking form. Confirmation should reach you by post
within the week, unless the booking is made within 7 days of arrival, when
e-mail confirmation can be sent if preferred. E-mail confirmation only will
be sent for tent bookings.
BOOKING ON-LINE: Our website contains a secure booking
form. Confirmation is sent by e-mail within 48 hours and also by post if
the booking is made more than one week before arrival.
BOOKING FROM ABROAD: Only credit card payments are accepted. E-mail
confirmation only.
DEPOSITS: Payable at the time of booking and non-refundable.
Alpine Chalets.............................£160 per week or
part week.
Holiday-homes..............................£90 per week or part week.
Touring & Camping pitches..............£35 per pitch.
If an accommodation booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival it
must be accompanied with the total hire charge.
MAKE
A SECURE BOOKING (secure payment)
CLEANLINESS/DAMAGE SECURITY: All group or single sex parties
booking accommodation must supply credit/debit card details at the time
of balance payment as security against any undue uncleanliness or damage.
BALANCE OF HIRE: For accommodation bookings the balance
is due 6 weeks before arrival and will be drawn from the credit/debit card
used for the deposit. Cheques must bear the booking reference number on
the back. For touring & camping pitches the balance is payable upon
arrival and, in the event of early departure, is not refundable.
ACCOMMODATION TICKET: This is issued for accommodation
only when the full amount has been paid. It gives details on how to get
here and MUST be presented on arrival.
ALTERATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS: Should you have to change
your holiday dates a £10 administration charge will be payable. We
regret that changes cannot be made within 14 days of your arrival. If you
cancel the deposit will not be refunded. If the cancellation is made before
the balance is due we will relieve you of all responsibility to pay the
balance or will refund this should it have been paid. If the cancellation
is made subsequent to a change in holiday date any refund will be made in
accordance with the earlier balance-due date.
HOLIDAY INSURANCE:
Your holiday booking is a legally binding contract. If you cannot come on
holiday you will still be liable to pay the balance for any accommodation
if the cancellation is made within six weeks of your arrival. We strongly
recommend the purchase of personal holiday insurance.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES: Please present your accommodation
or reservation ticket upon arrival. For accommodation bookings you are requested
to arrive any time after 4pm and vacate by 9.30am on the departure date.
Touring and camping pitches are available between 12 noon and 6pm. Your
pitch should be vacated by 11am.
